Blendimals is a DADIU production developed by Exploding Cow. The game creates a new take on an old genre and centers it on the unique game mechanic of combining animal abilities. "We wanted to make a fun, relaxed and challenging game that most people would enjoy. It had to have a crazy humor and not be serious in any way!" explains Dennis Nielsen, director of Blendimals.
In Blendimals you have to get through levels filled with obstacles - obstacles that no single animal can overcome. Instead you have to blend different animals in a big blender to make a blendimal. But you have to choose your animals carefully and plan your strategy of getting through the course. Sometimes you even have to sacrifice some blendimals to get there.
Blendimals is a colorful, cartoony game with iconic elements of classic platform and puzzle games. Its goofy characters and animations and its upbeat music creates a comfortable atmosphere. A reward system gives incentives to the more competitive player to replay levels for maximum bonus, while merely completing the levels will unlock more levels.
